Ran my first five interviews this week for the course exercise. Biggest surprise: nobody used the feature we thought was the main reason they signed up. Three of five said the weekly email digest was why they stayed. Writing up my synthesis now. Has anyone else found their “key feature” wasn’t the key feature?

Great list. Number 3 matched my experience: people describe what they wish they did, not what they do. Ask for the last time it happened.
